What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, mobile number and, optionally, a separate WhatsApp number. We also record the residence configuration, budget range and purchase timeline you select.

Campaign information

If you arrive from an advertisement, we record the campaign parameters present in the link you followed (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and fbclid). These are stored for the duration of your visit and submitted with your enquiry so we can tell which campaign it came from.

We also use Meta Pixel (and, when configured, Meta's Conversions API) to measure ad performance and to build audiences for future Rudra Ektva campaigns. Phone numbers sent for matching are hashed before they leave our server.

How it is used

Your information is used only to respond to your enquiry about Rudra Ektva — to share pricing and availability and, if you ask for one, to arrange a meeting.
